New Opening Hours and Walk-In Care

  • Opening Hours - Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, closed weekends and public holidays
  • Walk-In Care – in July 2020 we no longer provide urgent care services. Our new walk-in care service is for sudden illness or injuries that aren’t life threatening but can’t wait until the next day. You don’t need an appointment, and anyone can use this service – enrolled, casual or international visitors. There may be a short wait time depending on the number of people visiting at once, more seriously ill patients will receive priority treatment
  • Booked Appointments - we're focusing on giving our enrolled patients the best general practice medical services, as we always have done. Please continue booking appointments as you normally would through our online patient portal or by phoning us 06 876 8445

COVID-19 Notice: in Alert Level 1 our consults are in person and through phone or video. Phone 06 876 8445 to book appointments. To ensure everyone gets the help they need and keep you safe, we may screen  appointment requests which may involve calling you back with more details.

We’re providing our service in a new way to ensure you and your whanau remain safe through COVID-19. When you phone or visit the clinic we'll ask if you have any cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms or if you're concerned about COVID-19. This doesn't mean we think you have coronavirus, it's our part in helping keep our community safe and healthy.

We do COVID-19 testing and our practice is safe to visit

Safety is our priority. We do COVID-19 testing in your car where possible or in an isolation room if an assessment is required. This means there's no additional risk to you when you visit for other medical issues. We have strict infection prevention standards in place.

Thanks for your patience and continued support.
